Welcome to UMNOW (the “Platform” or “APP”). The Platform is provided and controlled by QULIAO LLC.
The Privacy Policy("Policy") was written in English (US) and will be the agreement between You and QULIAO LLC while you are using UMNOW.
To the extent any translated version of this Policy conflicts against the English version, this English version prevails.

By installing, using, registering to or otherwise accessing the services, you agree to this privacy policy and give an explicit and informed consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with this privacy policy. IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT AND AGREE WITH OUR PRIVACY POLICY THEN YOU MUST NOT ACCESS OR USE THE APP.
1. UMNOW user's information
To join UMNOW you will provide us with information about you to make friends easier，such as your nickname, your picture, your gender, your date of birth. Because you control your user profile, these details are available to you at any time by accessing your “Profile” page, which gives you the chance to correct or update your information at any time by just logging in to UMNOW.
What information does UMNOW collect
Once you have created a Profile, we will automatically track certain information such as your IP, device locale, timezone.
When you use our Service, our servers automatically record certain log file information, including your web request, Internet Protocol ("IP") address, browser type, referring / exit pages and URLs, number of clicks and how you interact with links on the Service, domain names, landing pages, pages viewed, and other such information. The information allows for more accurate reporting and improvement of the Service.
How we use your information?
In addition to some of the specific uses of information we describe in this Privacy Policy, we may use information that we receive to:
1.You have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you. If you believe that any information we hold about you is incorrect or incomplete, you can ask us to correct it. When you update your personal information, we will ask to verify your identity before we process your request. Once we have obtained sufficient information to process your request to access or correct your personal information, we will respond to your request within the time specified by the applicable data protection law.

If I put other information about me on the UMNOW, what does UMNOW do with it?
UMNOW is a free social app, which provides you to voice chat with your friends. In the app, you can find new friends, go Live, join a Live, send gifts, get profits by receiving gifts. When using the service you should assume that anything you post or submit will be publicly viewable and accessible, both by users of the Service and non-Users of the Service. The viewers may share your information to other sites, such as Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, etc. You can also use our messaging/charting features which allow you to communicate with other users in public and/or privately. We recommend and encourage you (and all our users) to think carefully about the information you disclose about yourselves. We also do not recommend that you put email addresses, URLs, instant messaging details, phone numbers, full names or addresses, credit card details, national identity numbers, drivers’ licence details and other sensitive information in your Profile which is open to abuse and misuse.
Please be careful about posting sensitive details about yourself on you Profile such as your religious denomination and health details. While you may voluntarily provide this information to us when you create your Profile, including your sexual preferences and ethnic background, there is no requirement to do so. Please remember that photographs or any video clips that you post on UMNOW may reveal these kinds of sensitive personal data. Where you do upload and choose to tell us sensitive information about yourself, you are explicitly consenting to our processing your information and making this public to other users.
Does UMNOW collect any other personal information about me?
If you contact our Customer Support team via feedback features in our Service or through any other means, we may receive your email address, your IP address as well as the information you send to us to help resolve your query. When you provide feedbacks to us you automatically consent us to receive and use such information. You also consent that we are allowed to keep records of our communications with you, including any complaints that we receive from you about other users (and from other users about you).
Does UMNOW use my personal information for any other purpose?
Not at all.
When I put information about myself on UMNOW, what do the other users see?
To ensure you get to meet as many people as possible on UMNOW, other users get to see all information on your Profile. Any information you choose to provide should reflect how much you want other UMNOW users to know about you.
What am I allowed to do with other user’s personal information?
Use it to meet new friends and make new contacts! Beware that you may not use other users' information for commercial purposes, to spam, to harass, to threat, or in any illegal activity. UMNOW reserves the right to terminate accounts from those who misuse other users' information.
2. Third parties
Does UMNOW sell my information to other parties?
Not at all. We do not sell or rent out any personal information about you to any third party. UMNOW discloses aggregated non-personal data for marketing and promotional purposes. That means we do not disclose any information that could be used to identify you.
UMNOW also wishes to maintain a healthy community, and we will cooperate with all third parties to enforce their intellectual property or other rights. We will also cooperate with law enforcement enquiries from within and/or outside your country of residence. This may include disclosing your personal information to government or law enforcement agencies, or private parties, to protect the rights, property or safety of UMNOW and the users of APP, or to protect public interest when we have a good faith belief that disclosure is required by law or when we, in our discretion, believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our legal rights, or those of third parties and/or to comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process served on us. In such cases, we may raise or waive any legal objection or right available to us.
3. Data storage
UMNOW is a global social application that runs through servers located in many countries around the world, including the United States, Germany, Singapore and others. If you live in a country with data protection laws, the storage of your personal data may not provide you with the same protections as you enjoy in your country of residence.
4. Security
How does UMNOW protect my personal information?
UMNOW has implemented reasonable and appropriate security measures to protect and prevent the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information under our control, including your personal information. UMNOW uses reasonable security measures to safeguard the confidentiality of your personal information such as secured servers using firewalls. Our technical experts at UMNOW work hard to ensure your secure use of our site.
We cannot guarantee the security of your personal data while it is being transmitted to our site. Any transmission is at your own risk. Once we have received your information we have procedures and security features in place to try to prevent unauthorized access.
How do I help keep my information secure?
You may not disclose your password to any third parties or share it with any third parties. If you lose your password or give it out, your personal information may be compromised. If that happens, please report it to our customer service via Feedback. UMNOW cannot be held responsible for your failure to keep your password secure and failure to do so may violate our Terms of Service.
5. Your rights
You can review and revise your profile information at any time. Once you register, you will be able to review and change much of your personal information.
6. Account Deletion
How to delete my account?
You can delete your account through [Mine - Settings - Cancel account] and select [Continue to cancel account] under the conditions for account deletion. We will process it for you as soon as possible within three working days after we receive your deletion request and verify your user identity.
When it verified, except for retaining necessary information (such as your transaction information in UMNOW), your personal information will be removed from UMNOW.
Account Deletion Notice
Before deleting your account, please read the following important reminders carefully. After the account is deleted, you will no longer be able to use the account, including but not limited to:
(1) To protect your using rights of remaining services, after the account is deleted, your account data will be reserved for 60 days.
(2) When all data cleared, you will not be able to log in and use UMNOW, and you will not be able to retrieve any personal information.
(3) The account will be released from the binding or authorization relationship with other products, and cannot be retrieved.
(4) After the account is deleted, your assets and various paid rights and interests in the App will be cleared, including the rights and interests that have been generated but not consumed or expected rights in the future.
(5) The deletion of your UMNOW account does not mean that your account behavior and related responsibilities before the deletion are exempted or mitigated.

UMNOW provide all materials in "as is" basis, and hereby disclaims any representations or warranties (expressed or implied) of any kind, including without limitation, any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or other violation of rights arising from the use, accuracy or reliability of materials of the Service or any sites linked out. You acknowledge any information transmitted may be intercepted. UMNOW does not warrant that its service or the servers which make the Service available or electronic communications transmitted are free from viruses, worms, horses and other items of a destructive nature.

There might be links direct you to third party web sites, these links are provided solely as a convenience for you. UMNOW does not endorse or make any representations or warranties about the contents, products, services available, or the security at such third party web sites.
Limitation of Liability
For any damages arising out of or related to the use or inability to use the APP, its content or links, including, but not limited to, errors, omissions, interruptions, defects, delays in operation or transmission, viruses, application failures, and all other direct, indirect, special, incidental, exemplary or consequential damages, even if UMNOW has been advised of the possibility of such damages, UMNOW also assumes no liability.
Prohibited Usage
You will not use the Service for any purpose that is unlawful or not allowed by UMNOW. You may not use our Service or its contents in any manner which could damage, disable, overburden, or interfere with any person to use this Service. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service other accounts, computer systems or networks connection through hacking, password mining or any other means. You may not use or attempt to use this Service through any means unanticipated or intentionally made available by UMNOW.
IP Protection
UMNOW respects intellectual property laws and has adopted the following policy toward intellectual property infringement on its products/services. Reporting Instances of Intellectual Property Violations If you believe that any materials or contents in UMNOW‘s APP infringe copyrights, trademarks, patents, or trade secrets (collectively “IP Right”), please send a notice of IP Rights infringement to UMNOW's agent with a physical signature of the owner of the IP Right that has been allegedly infringed.
1. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, including its location on the UMNOW network, with sufficient detail so that UMNOW is capable of finding the material and verifying its existence. Please address your intention to remove the alleged infringed materials.
2. Contact information, including your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
3. A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the IP Right owner, its agent or law.
4. A statement by you that the above information in your Notice is accurate and that, under penalty of perjury, you are the IP Right owner or authorized to act on the IP Right owner's behalf.
5. Agree to undertake compensation responsibility to UMNOW for any false and incorrect information addressed in above statements.
Objections to the Reporting

Protection of underage users
Underage users (especially children under the age of 13 (Please refer to the relevant part of the Terms of Service for the specific definition of underage users)) shall read the following terms carefully in the company of their guardians, and the guardians shall make a decision on whether to accept this policy after full understanding:
(1)Users who are minors under the age of 16(especially children under the age of 13) shall read this Agreement and use the relevant services of UMNOW;under the supervision, guidance and consent of their guardians.
(2)We attach importance to the protection of personal information of underage users. When filling in personal information, underage users shall strengthen their awareness of personal protection and treat it with caution. Please use relevant services of UMNOW correctly under the guidance of their guardians.
(3)We will ensure the confidentiality and security of underage users' information in accordance with relevant laws and regulations and the terms of this policy. If we find ourselves collecting personal information from underage users without the prior consent of verifiable parents or legal guardians, we will delete the relevant data as soon as possible. If you are the guardian of an underage user, when you have any questions about the use of our services or the user information provided to us by the underage user under your guardianship, please contact us in time according to the contact information provided this policy.
Terms of Service
Welcome to UMNOW (the “Platform” or “APP”). The Platform is provided and controlled by QULIAO LLC . The Terms of service was written in English (US)and will be the agreement between You and QULIAO LLC while you are using UMNOW.
This is an agreement between UMNOW Team, the owner and operator of UMNOW and UMNOW Client and Content (collectively, including all content available through the UMNOW Website- http://www.cila.live, UMNOW Client and Content ), and you ("you" or "You"), a user of the Service. And there is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users in UMNOW. If you do not agree to any of these terms, you may not use the Service.
UMNOW Service
These Terms of Service apply to all users of the UMNOW Service. UMNOW provided status information may contain links to third party websites that are not owned or controlled by UMNOW. UMNOW has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party websites. In addition, UMNOW will not and cannot censor or edit the content of any third-party site. By using the Service, you expressly acknowledge and agree that UMNOW shall not be responsible for any damages, claims or other liability arising from or related to your use of any third-party website.
The platform and our services are not applicable to children. Children are not allowed to use the services of the platform for any purpose. If you, as a guardian, find that a child under your guardianship has used our platform, please contact us immediately to delete it. Children refer to users under the age of 13; or if the user is from the country/area listed in the table below, the relevant age for that country/area is listed.

**Users in the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland under the age of 16 can use the platform provided they obtain the consent from their parents/guardians prior to using the platform.
***For users located in the United Arab Emirates, the minimum age to be legally consented to commercial transactions is 21 (according to the Moslem calendar). However, the underage user between the ages of 18 and 21 may obtain a court order allowing him/her to enter into specific commercial transactions. In addition, the underage user over the age of 7 can engage in commercial transactions with the approval of their guardians.
UMNOW Access
1. Subject to your compliance with these Terms of Service, UMNOW hereby grants you permission to use the Service, provided that: (1) your use of the Service as permitted is solely for your personal, noncommercial use; (2) you will not duplicate, transfer, give access to, copy or distribute any part of the Service in any medium without UMNOW's prior written authorization; (3) you will not attempt to reverse engineer, alter or modify any part of the Service; and (4) you will otherwise comply with the terms and conditions of these Terms of Service.
2. In order to access and use the features of the Service, you acknowledge and agree that you will have to provide UMNOW with your phone number, as well as the phone numbers of third parties whom you wish to use the Service with. When providing your phone number, you must provide accurate and complete information. You hereby give your express consent to UMNOW to use the phone numbers you provide for use in providing you access and use of the Service. You may never use another person's phone number without their permission. You are solely responsible for the status message that is displayed for your phone number. You must notify UMNOW immediately of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your phone. Although UMNOW will not be liable for your losses caused by any unauthorized use of your account, you may be liable for the losses of UMNOW or others due to such unauthorized use
Intellectual Property Rights
The design of the UMNOW Service along with all text, scripts, graphics (including stickers), interactive features and the like made available in connection with the UMNOW Service (collectively, the "UMNOW Client and Content"), except all User Status Submissions (as defined below), and the trademarks, service marks and logos contained therein ("Marks"), are owned by or licensed to UMNOW, subject to copyright and other intellectual property rights under United Hong Kong and UK laws and international conventions. Subject to these Terms of Service, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited license to install and use, only in connection with the Service, the UMNOW Client and Content for personal and non-commercial purposes only. The Service, including the UMNOW Client and Content, is provided to you as is for your information and personal non-commercial use only. UMNOW reserves all rights not expressly granted in and to the Service and the UMNOW Client and Content. You agree to not engage in the use, copying, distribution or other exploitation of any of the UMNOW Client and Content other than expressly permitted herein, including any use, copying, or distribution of User Status Submissions of third parties obtained through the Service for any commercial purposes. You further agree not to use the UMNOW Client and Content in a manner that would infringe or violate the rights of any third party and that we are not in any way responsible for any such use by you.
Sensitive Information Feedback
1. There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users on UMNOW.
2. UMNOW uses AI technology to automatically identify porn. Any one who post porn on profile, background or room will be blocked within 24 hours.
3. UMNOW admins have rights to supervise and investigate. Users can immediately report abusive, suspicious, or inappropriate online behavior. User account can be banned based on the severity of his behavior.
4. To prevent harass, users have rights to kick other users out of their room and put them in black list.
User Status Submissions
1. The UMNOW Service permits the submission of status text and other communications submitted by you and other users ("User Status Submissions") and the hosting, sharing, and/or publishing of such User Status Submissions. As clarified in the following section, you retain your ownership rights in your User Status Submissions. You understand that whether or not such User Status Submissions are published, UMNOW does not guarantee any confidentiality with respect to any submissions.
2. You shall be solely responsible for your own User Status Submissions and the consequences of posting or publishing them. Because UMNOW is only acting as a repository of data, user submitted statuses do not necessarily represent the views or opinions of UMNOW, and UMNOW makes no guarantees as to the validity, accuracy or legal status of any status. In connection with User Status Submissions, you affirm, represent, and/or warrant that: (i) you own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to use and authorize UMNOW to use all patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights in and to any and all User Status Submissions to enable inclusion and use of the User Status Submissions in the manner contemplated by the Service and these Terms of Service; and (ii) you have the written consent, release, and/or permission of each and every identifiable individual person in the User Status Submission to use the name or likeness of each and every such identifiable individual person to enable inclusion and use of the User Status Submissions in the manner contemplated by the Service and these Terms of Service. To be clear: you retain all of your ownership rights in your User Status Submissions, but you have to have the rights in the first place. However, by submitting the User Status Submissions to UMNOW, you hereby grant UMNOW a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sub-licensable and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform the User Status Submissions in connection with the UMNOW Service and UMNOW's (and its successor's) business, including without limitation for promoting and redistributing part or all of the UMNOW Service (and derivative works thereof) in any media formats and through any media channels. You also hereby grant each subscriber to your status on the UMNOW Service a non-exclusive license to access your User Status Submissions through the Service, Email, and mobile phone and to display parts of User Status Submissions as permitted through the functionality of the Service and under these Terms of Service. The foregoing license granted by you terminates once you remove or delete a User Status Submission from the UMNOW Service.
3. In connection with User Status Submissions, you further agree that you will not:
(1) submit material that is copyrighted, protected by trade secret or otherwise subject to third party proprietary rights, including privacy and publicity rights, unless you are the owner of such rights or have permission from their rightful owner to post the material and to grant UMNOW all of the license rights granted herein; (2) publish falsehoods or misrepresentations that could damage UMNOW or any third party; (3) submit material that is unlawful, obscene, defamatory, libelous, threatening, harassing, hateful, racially or ethnically offensive, or encourages conduct that would be considered a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, violate any law, or is otherwise inappropriate; (4) post advertisements or solicitations of business; (5) impersonate another person; (6) send or store material containing software viruses, worms, Trojan horses or other harmful computer code, files, scripts, agents or programs; (7) interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service or the data contained therein; or (8) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems or networks.
4. Adult content must be identified as such. UMNOW does not endorse any User Status Submission or any opinion, recommendation, or advice expressed therein, and UMNOW expressly disclaims any and all liability in connection with User Status Submissions. UMNOW does not permit copyright infringing activities and infringement of intellectual property rights via its Service, and UMNOW will remove all Content and User Status Submissions if properly notified that such Content or User Status Submission infringes on another's intellectual property rights. UMNOW reserves the right to remove Content and User Status Submissions without prior notice. UMNOW may also terminate a user's access to its Service, if they are determined to be a repeat infringer, or for any or no reason, including being annoying. A repeat infringer is a User who has been notified of infringing activity more than once and/or has had a User Status Submission removed from the Website more than twice. An annoying person is anyone who is (capriciously or not) determined to be annoying by authorized UMNOW employees, agents, subagents, or super agents. UMNOW also reserves the right to decide whether content or a User Status Submission is appropriate and complies with these Terms of Service for violations other than copyright infringement and violations of intellectual property law, such as, but not limited to excessive length or limited interest. UMNOW may remove such User Status Submissions and/or terminate a User's access for uploading such material in violation of these Terms of Service at any time, without prior notice and at its sole discretion.
5. You understand that when using the UMNOW Service you will be exposed to User Status Submissions from a variety of sources, and that UMNOW is not responsible for the accuracy, usefulness, safety, or intellectual property rights of or relating to such User Status Submissions, and that such User Status Submissions are not the responsibility of UMNOW. You further understand and acknowledge that you may be exposed to User Status Submissions that are inaccurate, offensive, indecent, or objectionable, and you agree to waive, and hereby do waive, any legal or equitable rights or remedies you have or may have against UMNOW with respect thereto, and agree to indemnify and hold UMNOW, its Owners/Operators, affiliates, and/or licensors, harmless to the fullest extent allowed by law regarding all matters related to your use of the site.
6. UMNOW allows you to link to material on the Service for personal, non-commercial use only. Commercial versions are available under separate licenses and terms. UMNOW reserves the right to terminate any aspect of UMNOW Services at any time. You agree that your use of the Service is at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, UMNOW, its officers, directors, employees and agents DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, express or implied, in connection with the Service and your use of the Service. UMNOW makes no warranties or representations as to the accuracy or completeness of the Content of the Service, and assumes no responsibility or liability for (I) errors, errors or inaccuracies in the Content, (II) personal injury or property damage of any nature resulting from your access to and use of our Service, (III) Unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any and all personal information and/or financial information stored on the servers. (IV) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our Service, (IV) any errors, viruses, Trojan horses, or similar that may be transmitted to or through our Service by the action of any third party, and/or (V) any errors or omissions of any Content, or any kind of loss or damage arising from the use of any Content. Transmission, or otherwise provided through the UMNOW Service. UMNOW does not warrant, endorse, guarantee or assume responsibility for any products or services advertised or offered by third parties through the UMNOW Services or any hyperlinked websites or in any user status submissions or other advertising, and UMNOW does not participate in or in any way be responsible for monitoring any transactions between you and third party product or service providers. As with the purchase of a product or service through any medium or in any environment, you should use your best judgment and exercise caution when appropriate.
Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall UMNOW, its officers, directors, employees or agents be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages arising out of :(1) errors, errors or inaccuracies in content; (2) Personal injury or property damage of any nature caused by your access to and use of our services. (3) any unauthorized access to or use of our secure servers and/or any personal information and/or financial information stored on them,(IV) any interruption or cessation of transmission from our servers, or (IV) any bacteria, viruses, Trojan horses, or similar, which may be transmitted by any third party or through our services, and/or (V) any fault The error or omission of any content or any form of loss or damage arising from the use of any content posted, mail, whether based on warranties, contracts, torts or any other legal theory, and whether or not the Company is advised of the possibility of such damage, may be made available through UMNOW Customer and Content Transmission or otherwise. The above limitation of liability shall apply to the fullest extent permitted by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction. You expressly acknowledge that UMNOW is not responsible or liable for any defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of any third party for User submitted content, and that the risk of such damage or damage is solely your own. You agree not to use this Product in the operation of motor vehicles, time-critical or emergency services or events, or in any operation where injury, death, or financial loss may occur. UMNOW does not warrant that UMNOW Services are appropriate or available in all locations. Users who access UMNOW or use UMNOW services from other jurisdictions do so on their own accord and are responsible for compliance with local laws.
Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless UMNOW, its parent corporation, officers, directors, employees and agents, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from: (i) your use of and access to the UMNOW Service; (ii) your violation of any term of these Terms of Service; (iii) your violation of any third party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right; or (iv) any claim that one of your User Status Submissions caused damage to a third party. This defense and indemnification obligation will survive these Terms of Service and your use of the UMNOW Service. We don't support or encourage illegal consumption of alcohol or tobacco.
Assignment
These Terms of Service, and any rights and licenses granted hereunder, may not be transferred or assigned by you, but may be assigned by UMNOW without restriction.ignment
Return policy
In-App Purchase
UMNOW offers virtual items, which we call “gold coins”, and additional services for purchase through the App Store, Google Play or other application platforms ("in-app purchases"). When you make in-app purchases, you will be prompted to enter details for your account with the mobile platform you are using (e.g. Apple, Android, etc.)"your IAP Account"), and your IAP Account will be charged for the in-app purchase in accordance with the terms disclosed to you at the time of purchase as well as the general terms for in-app purchases that apply to your lAP Account, and bear applicable taxes. The price of the gold coins will be displayed at the point of purchase. All charges and payments will be made in the currency specified at the point of purchase through the relevant payment mechanism. Currency exchange settlements, foreign transaction fees and payment channel fees, if any, are based on your agreement with the applicable payment provider.
